Hampton Tedder Electric operates and manages divisions in California, Nevada and Arizona with a keen focus on safety. Safety is woven into the fabric of every job and project we take on. At Hampton Tedder Electric, we believe safety is a value embedded in all our employees from the moment their employee orientation takes place. Our work force is one of the most proficient, safest in the electric utility industry. Hampton Tedder works over 1 million manhours annually with no serious lost time injuries. Our workforce is well skilled and highly trained. We ensure quality assurance, reliability and most importantly safety in all we do. At the end of the day, we want all our employees to go home safely and enjoy time with their families.
Our 2024 EMR rate is 0.55 and the past two years it remained strong at 0.63. Our current DART rating is at 0.49 and below the industry average.
